We are excited to announce the first annual Appomattox Outdoor Expo! The Appomattox Outdoor Expo 2023 will be the first ever outdoor expo hosted by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization and is slated to be a two-day event starting Saturday, August 26th from 10AM to 6PM and Sunday, August 27th from 11AM to 5PM at the Spring Grove Events Center in Appomattox County.
With over 80 available vendor spaces, including an indoor main showroom, indoor side room space with the ability to rent the entire room for an exclusive store front presentation, multiple covered outdoor vendor spaces, traditional outdoor grass lawn spaces and a large outdoor food court, the ability to host a diverse range of vendors in the Outdoor and Sportsman space and beyond will be huge!
We are actively looking for vendors in the Outdoor and Sportsman markets, including, but not limited to hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, archery, shooting, BBQ and grilling, rural property, hunting and fishing guides, outdoor living products, outdoor life inspired gifts and merchandise, and more!
Vendor space signups are officially open and available on our vendor website at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com – get your vendor space reservation in early, we anticipate these spots will fill up fast! Vendors can purchase up to two (2) 10′ x 10′ vendor spaces for the event and will automatically receive a 30% discount on the second space for purchasing multiple spots. The discount will automatically apply during checkout, no coupon codes needed!
This is a two-day event, and the vendor space pricing on the website reflects the total cost for both days. Some vendor spaces are not available to select vendor types, for example, the food court vendor spaces are available to Full Service Food and Snack or Dessert Food vendors only.
All vendor space reservations are manually reviewed and approved. Your payment card will have an authorization placed on the account for the purchase price of the vendor spaces requested. If approved the authorization will be charged. If for some reason your vendor space application is denied, the authorization will automatically be released, and you will not be charged.
New starting with this event, you can pre-purchase bags of ice, event cups, and discounted event admission tickets from your vendor management account. Simply access the vendor space store and you will see ice, event cups and admission tickets available in the shop.
It is important to note that all vendor space reservations must be placed through our vendor management system at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com – this system is a simple e-commerce system allowing you to select your vendor space preference and any extras, add them to your shopping cart and checkout – much like shopping on Amazon or any other e-commerce website.
If you do not already have a vendor management account with us, please click on the Registration link on the website to create your account. Be sure to select your correct vendor type during registration to ensure you have access to the correct vendor spaces and pricing. Information about vendor type classification can be found in our Vendor Terms of Service on our website. Only registered vendors can access and purchase vendor event space.
If you were previously a registered vendor please access the website and click Login. From the login page, click on the forgot password link and input your email address used on our previous system to have a password reset emailed to you so you can access your account.
