Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to all events hosted by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization, and/or Appomattox Events, unless a specific event explicitly modifies it.

No refund shall be given for event sponsorship, nor event vendor space fees. Once payment has been processed, sponsorship and vendor space registrations are final. All events advertised by Appomattox Events clearly indicate the event date, time, and location, as well as pertinent information including event rain dates where applicable. Do not register for an event advertised by Appomattox Events if you cannot guarantee attendance.

Event vendor spaces can be transferred to another vendor, if requested in writing by e-mail to the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization at info@appomattoxcares.org, by the original registrant at least two weeks before the event. The original registrant is responsible for collecting vendor space fees from the transferee, and no refunds will be given to the original registrant by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization, nor Appomattox Event. No vendor substitution is allowed within the last two weeks before any event.

Due to the nature of advertising and promotional efforts, sponsorships may not be transferred to a different sponsor.

By registering as a sponsor or vendor and purchasing an event sponsorship, or event vendor space reservation, you acknowledge that you agree to this refund policy.
