Event Sponsor Terms of Service
The Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization welcomes you as a sponsor for our event. We hope that your sponsorship provides community recognition for your business. The following Sponsor Terms of Service applies to all events hosted by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization, and/or Appomattox Events, unless a specific event explicitly modifies it.
Sponsor Registration
Sponsors can register for a vendor management account on our website at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com providing their business name, first and last name, contact phone number, email address, business description and selecting the vendor registration type of Sponsor. It is important to note that vendors can become sponsors of events as well, so should your intent be to become a vendor at any of our events, select the vendor type that matches your business rather than Sponsor only.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Each event hosted by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization will have different levels of sponsorship opportunities available. Not all events will have the same sponsorship opportunities, and some sponsorship opportunities are limited in number available for each event. Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis, and a sponsorship is not secure until payment of the sponsorship fee is received by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization.
Purchasing of a Sponsorship
The fastest and most convenient way to purchase an event sponsorship is through the Appomattox Events website at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com. You must be logged into your vendor management account in order to access sponsorship listings for a specific event. Available sponsorship opportunities will be listed in the Buy a Sponsorship page and will indicate the quantity of each sponsorship available. Simply select the sponsorship package desired and add it to your shopping cart, checkout using our secure e-commerce system and you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received.
Upon purchasing a sponsorship package, you will be contacted by a representative of the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization for additional information and or materials needed to provide you with the benefits listed in the sponsorship package details. This may include requests for your business logo, website, printed marketing materials, banners, etc. For details of which each sponsorship package includes as benefits to you, please reference the sponsorship package listing on our Buy a Sponsorship page.

Sponsoring Business as Event Vendor
Many of our top-level sponsorship packages include vendor space at the event for the sponsoring business to utilize for promoting their business or services. In the event that a sponsorship package includes vendor space, the sponsor will be subject to the Vendor Terms of Service available at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com/legal/vendor-terms-of-service/
No Refunds Policy
As a sponsor of any event hosted by the Appomattox Community and Disaster Relief Organization, you attest that you have read and agree to the Refund Policy available at https://vendor.appomattoxevents.com/legal/refund-policy/
