Use the form below to request a vendor/sponsor management account with Appomattox Events. All applications are manually reviewed before approval. Once approved you will receive an email alerting you that your account has been approved and is ready for use. Any item marked with an * is required information. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure quick account approval. Please read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before registering for an account. Not all business types are approved, and the Appomattox Community & Disaster Relief Organization has final say on which business types will be approved.
